TERMS AND CONDITION

Service Agreement:

This agreement is between Bhide Pest Control Services ("Company") and the client ("Customer"). By scheduling and using our services, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
The services provided will be detailed in the service plan agreed upon by the Company and the Customer.

Scope of Services:

The Company will provide pest control treatments for specified pests, including but not limited to termites, ants, rodents, cockroaches, and mosquitoes, as outlined in the service plan.
Additional services or treatments for pests not covered in the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

Payment Terms:

The Customer agrees to pay the fees for pest control services as outlined in the service plan.
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services until the account is current.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Company and will be considered only if the Customer is dissatisfied with the service provided and has given the Company an opportunity to address the issue.

Liability and Warranty:

The Company will use safe and approved methods to control pests. However, the Company is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of pest control products or methods.
The Company offers a limited warranty on services provided, which will be detailed in the service plan. The warranty is void if the Customer fails to follow the recommended guidelines for preventing pest infestations.

Health and Safety:

The Customer agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the Company before, during, and after treatments.
The Customer must inform the Company of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may be affected by pest control treatments.

Confidentiality:

The Company respects the privacy of the Customer and agrees to keep all personal information confidential.
Information will only be shared with third parties as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Madhya Pradesh, India.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes prior to the next scheduled service.
